Repair Request

Important: Due to the unpredictable and costly nature of electronic repairs, it is cost-efficient to repair any product that comes to us and then charge for the work done. The minimum labour charge on any repair out of warranty is £40 plus the cost of any parts used. We will never repair a unit that is beyond economical repair; this would be reported to you at no charge. Please note that if you wish to have an official, accurate estimate before any work is started, the cost of this is £40 + VAT. We would require an official order for this and payment if you do not have an account.

Please fill out the repair form below to obtain an REP number. Once complete, please pack the goods safely and clearly mark the REP number on the package. Please send the package to the following address:
